Mr. Bott is a board Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, a board Certified Case Manager and a board certified Medicare Set-Aside Consultant. Mr. Bott is licensed to practice rehabilitation counseling in the State of Louisiana.
Mr. Bott has nearly 25 years of experience in private rehabilitation counseling practice. He has steadily worked in the field of rehabilitation counseling since 1975. He entered private rehabilitation counseling in 1981 and in 1988; he founded Thomas E. Bott and Associates Inc. Prior to entering his own practice, from 1983 to 1988.

About Us
Mr. Thomas Bott is the owner of Thomas E. Bott and
Associates Inc., a private medical case management and
rehabilitation counseling company that provides rehabilitation
services to injured and disabled individuals. Mr. Bott holds a
bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's of science degree in
rehabilitation counseling, both from the University of Wisconsin,
Milwaukee. In addition, he is currently working toward a Ph.D. in
health psychology through Capella University, an accredited
institution based in Minneapolis, MN. As well, Mr. Bott is a board
Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, a board Certified Case Manager,
a board certified Medicare Set-Aside Consultant and a board
certified Medicare Secondary Payor Professional. Mr. Bott is

Latest News
I recently attended a certification course for professional Medicare Secondary Payer Professionals. The course was held at the Loews Hotel in New Orleans. It was entitled "Certified Medicare Secondary Payer Professional Certification Course" and it was sponsored by the Louisiana Association of Self Insured Employers. This is a national certification program that is administered through the National Alliance for Medicare Set Aside Professionals (NAMSAP). Read More
